Corporate Matching Gifts

Many companies off employees an opportunity to increase their charitable gift by a Matching Corporate Gift (also known as a Matching Fund). These are grants an employer makes to match its employee's charitable contribution. Often these are dollar for dollar, but some companies may have other policies in place.

Procedures vary with each company and typically, the employee must submit a form to their employer. many local companies, such as Bristol Meyer and Mead Johnson, offer a matching gift. Donors should check with their Human Resource department to find out if their company offers a Matching Gift program.
