Creating A Catholic Legacy

I welcome each of you to the Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Indiana website.  Here you find much of the information that you will need to assist you with making a planned gift for your parish, school or other specific ministry.  We are blessed to have had so many gifts throughout the last 17 years that are providing for the future of our Diocese and all of the areas that have touched the hearts of our parishioners.

It is truly a gift to be part of the Catholic Foundation as we help donors establish permanent gifts, many in their families’ name, to secure the future of schools, food pantries, cemeteries, parishes, and other specific ministries. Our 25 member Board of Directors represent every Deanery within the Diocese and their guidance has enabled the Foundation to make annual distributions of over $1million each year. 

Not only do the endowments help to Create a Catholic Legacy for those who wish to make a gift but it is wonderful to see them give back to each school and parish within our Diocese.  I feel honored to have this special seat and to watch the benefit throughout the Catholic community.   It is a view that I do not take for granted and I am forever grateful for so many who have made and are making these gifts.  Our role is to assist parishioners with creating a legacy a reality.  Feel free to contact the office at any time so that we may help you establish gifts that will be here for generations.
